Our logs are delivered on a Vauxhall Movano drop side lorry with a HIAB crane (measuring approximately 6m x 3m). If you don’t think that this vehicle will be able to access your property please ensure you order a barrow bag that can be wheeled via a sack barrow to the correct location.

We will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time.

Delivery is free within a 10-mile radius of our base on Bromley Lane, Much Hadham, SG10 6HU.

Payment must be made in full either through our website or by credit or debit card over the phone prior to delivery being arranged.

If you are interested in ordering from C-Logs but are outside our free delivery area please contact us on 01279 843045 for delivery costs.

Delivery will normally be within 5 – 7 days from the date order is placed. We will contact you upon receipt of your order to confirm a mutually agreeable delivery day and time slot. We do not offer specific delivery times or dates. At busy periods (e.g. December) delivery times may be longer.

We can deliver to most properties within 10 miles of Much Hadham subject to a minimum order value of £60. There is no charge for delivery within this area. A Delivery charge of £10 will be applied to orders between 10-15 miles of Much Hadham. If you are further than 15 miles please contact us to discuss delivery charges.

You should notify us at the time of placing the order of any vehicle access restrictions or issues that may prevent us from safely delivering your order. If you are unsure of vehicle access, please contact our sales team to discuss prior to placing your order.
